Minha primeira experiência no Restaurante Martiniano foi extremamente agradável. Estávamos em duas pessoas e tivemos um jantar simplesmente maravilhoso do início ao fim. Fomos muito bem recebidos e, para começar, pedimos um vinho e a entrada de vinagrete de polvo, que estava deliciosa, muito bem servida e com um preço excelente. Já no prato principal, solicitamos uma adaptação no preparo, que foi atendida sem nenhuma complicação. Pagamos um pequeno valor adicional e comemos exatamente do jeito que queríamos. Um cuidado especial do chef foi enviar o molho separado, permitindo que dosássemos diretamente no prato. Um detalhe que faz toda a diferença. Vale ressaltar que o prato indicado para duas pessoas serve tranquilamente três, e saímos muito satisfeitas. O atendimento também merece destaque. O garçom Thiago foi extremamente atencioso durante toda a noite, sempre solícito e educado. Para finalizar, pedimos a sobremesa de cocada quente, que é simplesmente maravilhosa. Serve facilmente duas pessoas e tem um preço bastante acessível. Como pontos a serem considerados, senti falta de uma carta de vinhos, o que acaba sendo um pouco desconfortável tanto para os clientes quanto para os garçons, que precisam buscar os rótulos na adega um a um. Além disso, a variedade de vinhos poderia ser maior. Outro ponto foi o tempo de espera do prato principal, que levou em média 50 minutos. Porém, considero totalmente aceitável, já que o restaurante estava muito cheio e até com fila de espera. Apesar dessas observações, a experiência foi extremamente positiva. Comida deliciosa, atendimento impecável e um jantar muito agradável. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes.

Quanto ao ambiente e atendimento, excelentíssimos. O sabor dos pratos deixa um pouco a desejar em detrimento com opções de mesmo padrão.
